What do you like about working at National Positions?
"The CEO is a great visionary and they continue to release new innovative services, the pay structure is some of the highest I have ever seen in the industry."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"National Positions offers you a career job, you have to come in and prove yourself but if you can prove yourself there is literally no cap on commission."
What don't you like about working at National Positions?
"I do not like the small break room, there is no kitchen sink and no stove. 1 microwave and 1 toaster oven with 125+ employees things can get a bit crowded."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is fair and they have all been in there positions for quite a while, I encourage them to spend additional time developing there individual team members."

"Do yourself a favor and know your worth. Dont work here. Dont waste your time and don't risk your reputation."
What don't you like about working at Technology Integration Group?
"Everything. This place does NOT maintain a strong chain of command as the computer so eloquently put it. there is only one chain and its deceit and it comes from the top. If you consider yourself a professional who cares about your work and your reputation, I offer a word of caution..DO NOT GO HERE."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"none. becasue nothing will help. the minute someone leaves the company, the entire management team begins to bad mouth them."

"We work hard. Really hard. So if you don't like working hard then NaphCare wouldn't be for you"

"Ask questions about the position you are interviewing for and the actual work you will be asked to perform to ensure there is alignment in your expectations for the role."

"There is little guidance and leadership, then when we are well into a project, management steps in and the micromanagement kicks in. Leadership is critical and has little faith in the ability of the individual contributor."

"I would ensure I understood the products of the businesses being acquired and work to better integrate the companies prior to reducing the work force."

"Good pay and benefits. Easy work, plenty of time to goof off and come and go."

"Don't, unless you're still thinking on an eighth-grade level, and the most important thing in your world is being fake, kissing ass, and being stupid."

"Most everything. It was the weirdest, nonsensical place I had ever worked. Nothing made sense. Nothing was based on reason or logic. No research was done (or encouraged or allowed, really) on the best way to approach a challenge."

"Fire everyone. Hire smart people who know how to do market research, write business proposals, work the public sector and develop new opportunities."
