"I enjoy my job every day. BioScreen has good clients and provides good services, which makes being a sales rep here rewarding. The main drawback is that as a small company it can't always handle some of the opportunities that come your way and it can be frustrating as a sales rep to have to pass on a big sell for that reason."
"I love being a BDR. I love speaking and helping people solve issues. The only thing I would improve is the pay."
"I love bringing value to the customers and supporting them with their specific requirements and building relationship with professionals."
"I like the challenge of developing new opportunities for my company and it would probably be better if I were able to completely do it where I work. I like Business Development for the strategical and analytical side of it, but also the relationship you create with clients."
"I love making new friends and relationships. Relationships based on integrity is important. The bad thing is the time it takes for new opportunities to develop and in executing them."
"I love the ability to be able to interact with customers prior to their visit to the dealership. Being able to set their expectations of an above average experience is key."
"The best part of being a part of such an organization is that you get to meet all kinds of people. Also get the challenge to convince the person sitting in front of you to join hands with the organization. Also working on strategies to achieve the desired goal.Worst part is when the clients whom we are waiting for do not show up."
"I love helping people dealing with addiction and alcohol problems. I hate when they don't have insurance or the means to get help."
"Ample opportunities to obtain and keep new clients, but received little to no compensation for doing so."
"The people, the ability to work outside and visit with larger companies."
"I liked that I could treat cold calling as a way to mirror other peoples' personalities."
"As a Business Development Evangelist, it's a privilege to work with the best software partners in the world!"
"There is nothing I dislike about Business Development and helping companies to become successful."
