"It was a great place to work for the most part and there is nothing that sticks out at this time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion would be more thorough evaluations for recruitment purposes. The turnover rate of the company was quite high and I believe that some of this could have been avoided with more specific considerations for specific positions."

"The variety of work and the ability to showcase your skills. The work/life balance. They focused on family and time off --and virtual office --the ability to enhance your skills and education was endless at the Federal Reserve."

"Be honest but realize this is a fast growing and changing company so new ideas are very welcome at the Federal Reserve"
What don't you like about working at Federal Reserve System?
"The salary was hard to accept with an MBA and knowledge that most received 30% more. The government holiday schedule could be tough at times."

"More team work and job sharing of different departments within the Fed."
