"Working for a company that outsourced work to India."

"I loved the Name Allstate and the slogan. I loved the marketing meetings and opportunity to discuss new ideas and being able to bind coverage with T-docs and fax."

"I didn't like the fact that the switch in territories were very frequent. Leaving adequate marketing task at random alteration before sales and production could be beneficial for producers and new Allstate Offices."
