"Learn to communicate to the team members on their activities and what is not finished."

What do you like about working at Business Monitor International?
"Not much. The fact that I'm employed... I enjoy working in London, but do not enjoy the company at all. It is a joke."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't go through with it.. trust me. It is one of the worst decisions I made. Management is arrogant across all geographic regions (Singapore, South Africa, London and NYC)"
What don't you like about working at Business Monitor International?
"Everything. The management is incompetent. They lie to you in the interview and make false promises. They provide no training. They work you to death and threaten you. DO NOT WORK HERE. EVER."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let Spectrum take over and revamp management. Pay employees more. Don't bash your employees and make them feel like crap."

"I liked that it was voted one of the best places to work in St. Louis"

"I would suggest that they be themselves. they do a good job of finding talent."

"I sometimes didn't find the office politics appealing but that is normal for alomst any working environment."

"I have no suggestions for management at this point. they tend to do a fine job."

"It is a large conglomerate so it sometimes take a while to get things done"

"Economic situations resulted in low job security. Change from working directly for them to a representative firm."
What do you like about working at Shell?
"Large company benefits. Had a good idea to offer IT services. Never could pull it off."
What do you like about working at OfficeMax?
"Company provided training to help employees become experts at their positions. Several sales classes available."
What don't you like about working at AmerisourceBergen?
"Poor management and it is not a place to have a career just a job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make all managers accountable and not just terminate thier salespeople because they have no clue."
