"Good company, listen and learn, then take that to your customers to set yourself as well as the company and products you represent apart and above all others!!!"

"Continued change of Executive Management (Pres., VP as well as National Sales Manager), which some came from other countries that without a doubt did business much differently then in the U.S."

"Continue with existing, dedicated customers and trust them, they (majority) have been faithful customers. Make them feel they are strategic business partners at all times. Share what you can about new technology and why it make all positioned better!"

"Request every promise / offer in written fashion and read the small print in all the documents. The new management has the tendency of failing to these commitments as they lack a proper program or action plan."

"New management, lack of innovation and self-destructive tactics that limit competitiveness."

"Don't expect different results if you do the same thing over and over again."

"Lack of products, and very time consuming to get another wall st firm to buy from Dime Bank"

"I am so far away from their management right now, I really don't know what the culture is at Dime Bank at the moment. Back then, they could have spent some more money on infastructure so the process could have gone quicker."
