"I liked the opportuunity, products, services, but it was a very small firm and located in Texas, I was very remote as the only person in SoCal."

"I enjoyed being able to manage a great team and being with customers and helping them do better for there business. Working out of the home was great it really made me more discipline."

"Research before you make your final decision and listen to the people you ride with."

"The constant changes in our commission structure (every 3 momnths) and it was always lower and we had to work harder and harder to make our money (I understood there theory, but yearly would have made there sales team stay, it caused a huge turn over"

"You must be very professionally cultured, have a lot of experience in HR and bite your tongue."

"Allow winners and those that prove themselves over those that don't, the higher positions in the company."
