"I loved the client interaction. I live vicariously through my clients, and enjoy helping them to grow and achieve their goals. I enjoy the networking,meeting new prospective clients and seeing who I can meet that may be able to help my clients, as a value added service. I dislike monthly sales production goals. Building relationships and trust take time, often a 90 + day cycle. Some supervisors only look at the results, not the activity that will reap the results over time."

"It takes a lot of hard work to bring opportunities to the company. In return, the company should work as hard to capture the business."

"the owner needs to be hands off and count his dollars, let people do their jobs and stop being so cheap. Example, we paid nearly 10k to do 2 page spreads in a magazine for a year but we could not spend money on production. we had to work with what we had! Makes no sense."

"My peers and pre sales engineers are all great. There is also freedom to work inside of a flexible schedule."

"One suggestion would be for them to ask about the avg tenure."

"There has been a lot of turnover lately and delivery is starting to slip as is client SAT"

"Great product with a solid reputation makes for an easy sale."

"Great place to start a career but any time over two years is going to hurt you."
What don't you like about working at GN Netcom?
"Company has a hybrid sales model, most deals that were lost was to another team member on the other side of the building. No advancement possible what so ever, top ring managers are clicky and care very little about the company. The company is Danish so Nashua is a satellite office, where everyone is content to meet the status quo."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put more effort into the place, try staying in the office after 3:00 on a Friday."
