"My first go at retail and corporate sales.On one side it was the numbers game and on the other side it was learning the relationship game in sales/marketing."

"It is a wonderful company to learn, grow and build a career with. A company that takes care and respects their employees."

"The people are great and the company has some good services to offer customers."

"The compensation plan for the Business Development Executive position makes it very dificult to qualify customers for sales credit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Revise the compemsation program so that sales people are given credit for what they sell. It is very frustrating when you do not get credit and it takes away the drive to find new business."

"Again, great recruiters, good management support"

"Although a lot of placements were professional, we still had our share of bad work ethic workers. Very volatile commodity."
