I enjoy the networking,meeting new prospective clients and seeing who I can meet that may be able to help my clients, as a value added service. I dislike monthly sales production goals. Building relationships and trust take time, often a 90 + day cycle. Some supervisors only look at the results, not the activity that will reap the results over time."
