"I liked the fact that we offered options to people who were turned down at other institutions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is closed. In 2009 the company shut down all branches throughout the US."
What don't you like about working at HSBC?
"I did not like the high rates and fees. Ultimately, I feel this led to negative impacts within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend understanding the risk associated with the client base and re-evaluating the costs to do loans."

"They change the goal requirements every quarter. Never knwo what you are striving for. Goals do not come out until sometimes 1/3 of the way through the quarter and they are differnt than last time so you are behind in achieving them."

"Make decisions on goals BEFORE the timeline starts and stick with the same criteria for more than one quarter."

"Freedom in the sales field, expenses paid on time, decent products to sell."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Demand an adequate salary or they will try to hire for pennies. Be prepared to encounter Murphy's Law every single day if hired."
What don't you like about working at Hiossen?
"No communication to the field reps. Company gives little support to the reps, rampant backorders hindered sales, bias to people who are not in the majority of ethnicity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay your reps a decent salary and don't expect outlandish and unattainable results to happen when you don't understand the American marketplace."

"I love the products and the challenge of turning around an under performing branch."

"Keep an open mind about the amount of work required to be successful."

"The lack of promotion opportunity and relatively low income with no benefits."

"Upgrade the technology for use in the field along with developing a better training plan for new reps."
