"I was not micro managed, it was fun for a while, as long as I was at quota no one bothered me, I just went out did my own thing and produced the numbers"

"the owners could be a paion at times, disorganized management some reps stole business from others and where not reprimanded"

"have a true management system, its every man for himself, and the managers aren't real managers they're not there to help and grow the team, there competing managers and in m ost cases hog all the business for themselfs and do very little managing just selling and taking everything for themselfs often hoping new reps will fail so they can take wht they where working on"
