What do you like about working at Accredited Home Lenders?
"I was the Branch Manager who had the responsibility of growing the branch. I did my own hiring , firing and training so I was able to build a solid team of Originators."

"Come in with a good attitude, be a sponge, work hard, take ownership of your mistakes, learn from them. Ask questions and do what you say you are going to do."
What don't you like about working at Accredited Home Lenders?
"I had a process that managed and produced results that were needed on a consistent basis. Company sometimes lost sight of what was going on in the field. They didn't expect what they expected."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more in tune to what is going on in the field, spend time with your Associates and ask them the right questions. Be involved."
What do you like about working at Maxim Healthcare Services?
"I was given the freedom to run my office and manage my sales team in the way that I believed made our office the most profitable."

"Maxim is 100 percent promote-from-within on the business side. Everyone starts off as a recruiter as their training to become a branch manager or other sales executive position. Only applicants who are motivated by promotion and willing to relocate are hired."

"We were at times pushed to take on business that wasn't good for us long term in order to make up for some of our branches that were not as profitable."

"Meeting the different clients. Getting the sale and putting the best people possible in the job."
