"The company closing down and laying everyone off in January 2012."

"Listen to the employees on the front lines. They know much more than anyone gives them credit for."

"knew federal laws has really changed the mortgage industry. Making properties appraise are a real challenge"

"There is nothing they can really do because we are so regulated now."

"I like the support of the entire organization such as the other branches, various departments who we interact and especially my direct manager and the CEO."

"During your interview appear genuine and give examples of how you support your team and the members of the two branches. Give examples of how you plan on continuing your encouragement of your team while achieving goals. Show your passion for your future position."
What don't you like about working at Eagle Community Credit Union?
"Because of the size, there isn't place for advancement. The branch managers of the credit union have been in the same position for 5 years or more. The credit union is a wonderful place to work but if your looking to advance due to the size, there isn't much room to advance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't have suggestions as I enjoy the management.. My direct manager, the Vice Presidents and our CEO are very supportive and genuinely care for their employees."
What do you like about working at Sandia National Laboratories?
"The credit union lets you manage your branch without being micro managed. They empower you to make the right decisions for the good of the credit union."

"Anyone interviewing with this credit union, you really just have to be yourself."

"There really is no opportunities for advancement within the credit union other than going to other departments, and that is limited also."

"This is a good company, but be aware that the expectations are extremely difficult to achieve when you are not given any latitude in your decision making."

"The company is so mired in it's history that it is unable to recognize the loss of it's brand recognition."

"Do not allow outdated policies and procedures hinder your opportunity for future growth. Be open tonew concepts and embrace the future of technology."

"Lack of communication from the top down, the way they take care of their employees."

"Your employees are your best asset, they should be treated as such to foster an environment where people are loyal to the company and to the customers."

What do you like about working at HEW Federal Credit Union?
"Nothing, it's a paycheck. It's slow paced so I can work on my own personal projects."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would only use them as a very last resort, really. They got me caught up in their system and I have payed for it by salary and my own reputation. You will not be able to negotiate vacation time or sick, stick to your guns and ask for what you really deserve because you won't get much after that."
What don't you like about working at HEW Federal Credit Union?
"Bad personalities from senior management and poor compensation. No real training department, no prospects of personal growth. Treated like children from management. Technology is very old and we have no money to improve it any time soon. Senior management makes al the decisions on your job big and small; if you are a manager, good luck having any real control over staff and spending money that changes production methods."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find a new Board or terminate CEO and EVP. Hire a real HR and training team that reports to the Board until CEO is found from the outside, no current employee has the skills. Start treating people like they are human instead of dogs that you only ned to feed a paycheck and an occasional bone."

"Chase is a great place to gain knowledge and grow, and a great place to start a career. It's a great company to work for. I am very proud to work for Chase."

"Be very energetic. Use personal experience to relate to the position."

"Continue to be supportive and encouraging. I like managers to engage employees."

"Job stability. The paycheck isn't bad. Close to home. I like to help customers with their financial needs."

"You might want to look for work somewhere else. If you work here, you will likely be looking for work again soon."
What don't you like about working at OneMain Financial?
"I am under a microscope at work. My direct manager sits right behind me and gets in the mix of everything I do all day long. I am told to make decisions when helping my customers, but when I do, my manager is sitting there listening to every word I say and she interferes with almost every conversation that I am having, even though in most cases, I am doing a great job servicing my customers. My customers repeatedly call asking for me to help them. I start working from the time I walk in the door until the time I leave. I take 1 break during the whole day, most of the time it is only a 30 minute lunch break, while my manager takes 4-6 smoke breaks every day. If we try to even stop working to just breathe for a minute, we get asked if there is a problem. I have been with this company for 5 & 1/2 years now. I worked at another location in another state for the first 5 years and I fairly enjoyed my job and my co-workers. I have not enjoyed my job ever since my transfer in January 2012. I do not like my manager or my co-workers at all. I fear that I will quit before I'm able to find a new job. I need help!"

"I would hire a better upper management staff. I would also make sure that the upper management had to take ongoing refresher courses so that they would remain fresh to their staff, rather than becoming stale and self-serving."

"Be careful of the locations you apply for some positions and location are driven by the Company VP."

"After Liftone took over there were no support or information given."

"common bonus by region- if region doesn't make goal- no one gets paid their bonus, regardless of their individual contribution."
