"You have the ability to be successfully if you have a strong book of business from previous jobs due the the very high sales goals and daily expectations. Do your research on the branch you are applying for. Ask the hiring manager how they have met their goals and what roadblock there are in acheiving them"

"It is a very high intense sales culture with archaic systems and services"

"I would suggest accountability through all lines of business, not just retail banking. I expect better customer service and accountability from all of my internal departments and lines of business."

"I have no complaints with Ferguson Enterprises. Unfortunately, the building industry went down, and I was one of 255 managers to be let go nationwide"

"This company is on the verge of closing many of its branches around the country. There is not much job stability with this employer."

"The threat of the business closing and the impact it had on production"
