"This company has Branch Management on call 24-7, 365 days a year and do not compensate anyone for not having family, life or friends."

"It is rewarding changing individual's livlihoods. Putting people to work in an economy that is so sour makes this job worth it."

"This company does not allow their staff to have any type of life. We are on call 24-7, 365 days a year. Branch Management doesn't reap any benefits for working on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. However, upper management does. Branch Management is never applauded for their efforts, their strength or their time."

"I have no answer. No one is perfect."
