"Be prepared to have an exit strategy if you work for Wells Fargo."

"I did not like that after you were told to come up with your own business plan, the company shoved their business plan down your throat. Their business message was never consistent."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look at the business from the ground up, instead of the top down. Revenue is created by the sales force, not the executives. Plan to keep your performing employees instead of wondering how to keep filling vacating seats."

"I loved the type of work, being the supervisor, and the responsibilities. The environment was extremely pleasant."

"Be willing to work long hours, and be on time and willing to do over and beyond your job title."

"I just wish it was a permanent position. They started outsourcing their mortgage division to a larger mortgage company, like Wells Fargo."

"Learn to get let down when it comes to your review and hear our budget will not allow for a raise this year I know, I heard it for two years straight."

"The way upper management made business decisions, i.e. firing and not compensating the managers (raises, bonuses)"

"Learn to think about the lower employee, they do the hard work for the growth of the company."

"Unfortunatly the Citadel Bank did not provide benefits including holiday pay and paid time off."

"I really enjoyed the local atmisphere and the smaller client base gave us as employees the opportunity to grow closer with our clients on a more personal basis. I enjoyed that all the back office decision makers were in the same local office."

"My tip to anyone applying would be to know the Citadel Banks demographics and company goals and come into the interview with a game plan. Show the hiring manager how and what you intend to implement, make sure that what you present to management is measurable."

"It was hard for me to remain employed at the Citadel Bank with no benefits, or career advancement."

"I feel management did what they could with what they were given, however, executive management could look into benefits including paid time off for their full-time employees."

"The quality of life is poor. As a large branch manager you are required to work in excess of 6 days a week."
