"It is rewarding changing individual's livlihoods. Putting people to work in an economy that is so sour makes this job worth it."

"This company does not allow their staff to have any type of life. We are on call 24-7, 365 days a year. Branch Management doesn't reap any benefits for working on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. However, upper management does. Branch Management is never applauded for their efforts, their strength or their time."

"I have no answer. No one is perfect."

"Interacting with the workers...face to face sales with 100+ customers. The satisfaction of being the top selling branch in the district. (most of the time)"

"Petty jealouses, office politics, very little support from corporate."

"Take care of your people and they will move heaven and earth for you. Be even handed. Keep your eye on your P and L sheet. Get the job done."
