"Managemant was very cut throat. They were concerned more about reports than the business itself. They preached sales but never gave you the time to sell."

"My immediate boss was great and I was allowed the freedom to train the staff and to do things the way I wanted. I received great results with this formula."

"I had the chance to learn there Building Automatin System the most challenging out there"

"I would be worryed about keeping the job there. Every so many years they move people out even the branch manager."
What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"I saw a lot of people be let go from job elimanation. One man had spent his entire carreer there and was one year from retireing. I did not care much for that, it could be me later. Not secure."

"Promote from within. Better installation before turning over to the service department."
