"Management must stop comparing branches the way it's currently done. It's not a realistic approach and is unfair to hard-working teams who care about their customers."

"Know what you're getting yourself into. The training programs are extensive and comprehensive. Once on your own, watch out."

"Level the playing field for comparisons between branches. The P&L comparisons and goals are unrealistic."

"I very much enjoyed my time with GMS and would be interested in continuing this type of work."

"The job was in Florida, and after two years I grew unhappy with living there and very much wanted to return to New York."

"Encourage work-life balance and show that even those with a family can be successful at home and at work."
