What do you like about working at Electrolux?
"No, There's no support for the sales reps in terms of training and it's not about helping one another. There is no team work at all in the company."

"Just dont apply for this company. They do not give you the support that you will need to succeed."

"To take the time and train your reps well and give them the support they need in order to succed."

"Independance and running your own business. Also recruiting and training employees."

"If interviewing with Aerus, you need to be able to communicate well with customers and do product demonstrations. With Elecktrolux currently you have to be able to market a line of top end major appliances carrying the Electrolux name and the Frigidaire name."
What don't you like about working at Electrolux?
"Back then Branch Manager had a considerable financial risk involved."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"N/A as company has changed hands. It is now called Aerus, and is 100% franchise owned and operated."
