"The hours, pay (low), stress and pressure to sell protection packages, work conditions (working in a trailer), work requirement (washing cars in 20 degree weather)."

"My experience is that the above listed issues are consistent with the majority of employees, so I would suggest that they find ways to address these issues to reduce employee turnover which would in turn increase employee job satisfaction and performance."

"The people are generally easy going."

"The people often view there jobs as an afterthought. There are many things we could do more efficiently, more profitably and without as much fuss. But we don't because, in part, it is viewed more as a social club at times and not enough like a large company."
