What don't you like about working at M&I Bank?

"Corporate office does not give the needed support. Very difficult to communicate with upper management. Compensation is not sufficient for the amount of work required"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Update compensation plan to correlate with todays market. Loan officers are grossly under paid. Each market warrants different pay scales for all positions based on difficulty of loans."

"the manager in developement program is a good way of getting some real life business experience. Once you become a manager you feel like you are running your own business which is good but you get the stress that comes with it and the salaries that they provide are not up to par with the responsibilities that you are in charge of."

What don't you like about working at Stanley Steemer?

"hours are long, bonuses are hard to achieve, customer has to always be right, upper management micro manages"

"pay better salaries or give managers more help"
