"While good hearted, the local council much like the national organization is grossly understaffed and overtasked in their design. Employee relations are strained, resources are limited, and the internal culture is far below average. That being said, many linger on in good faith of improved conditions amidst the knowledge of a bountiful mission impact. The problem becomes balancing the needs off the organization with self-preservation and personal well-being."

"The opportunity to work with volunteers, engage them, and encourage their own experiences. It enables the youth to work with, and learn from adults in a non classroom setting."

"Listen to everyone, from the grassroot volunteer, professional, all the way to the Board member, and most importantly the youth."
