"Philmont is a one of a kind summer job that provides great video opportunities."

What do you like about working at Boy Scouts of America?

"It's the best summer job in the world. I like the flexibility and freedom to go around the 214 square miles we as staff have access to during the summer and shoot one of a kind videos for the marketing department."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"None. It's a very laid back setting and as long as the job fits you well, it will be a great experience."

What don't you like about working at Boy Scouts of America?

"Sometimes, I feel my manager is not present all the time and this makes our department look not as organized as we could be."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more proactive with each department you are in charge of and have team meetings at least once a week to update workers on what is going on in the workplace."
