2 I worked for the Boy Scouts for 5 years and unfortunately it was a disappointment to me because I once had a high regard for this organization. They do not have any class and very little organization skills. The organization just has their meat hooks out for money at every turn and really are not interested in focusing on the youth that are looking for a great outdoor experience. Money for the executives is the top priority and youth programs are not usually considered until the last minute.

3.9 To work for a non profit is no easy task. This chapter of the BSA is brand new as it recently conducted a merger of three chapters. I can attest that the talent level is strong, as well as the leadership organization and overall goal and vision. We have been bogged down by certain misunderstandings of other office cultures and needs but am certain that time will allow for cohesion and overall success.

3.8 Be more proactive with each department you are in charge of and have team meetings at least once a week to update workers on what is going on in the workplace.
