"Great people to work with but in my position, there is no opportunities for advancement unless you are in sales but this requires a Bachelor's degree."

"I work with a really great group of people and get to network with a lot of volunteers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you were in my place, it's a good place for someone who has no desire to go to college. There are jobs that you can get with a college degree that require you to sell the program to scouts and parents."

What don't you like about working at Boy Scouts of America?

"It doesn't allow me to use much of my talent and there really isn't much need for graphic designer or web designers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That they allow us to move up in the chain to better ourselves."
