"Very bad company when their motive is to cut experienced workers and keep the new hires who are less expensive. This gives fear to those who are left knowing that Bell will toss us out soon if we get to knowledgeable or paid for being a good employee will get you put on the cut list. It's a revolving door when VPs quit (some fired), managers who move to other groups because they won't defend these poor decisions that drove the quality down, so they just slither away and let the workers take it."

"Worked for Bell over 17 years in 2 periods.Left after 9 years to advance to a Manager position with a start up company.Bell's Executive Management has been a revolving door.Currently shedding experienced personal and replacing with recent college graduates. Not the same company I went to work in 1985. Definitely going down hill. Suspect they will be sold off in the future."

"Worst aerospace company I have ever worked at. The CEO said in an all hands meeting that Bell is the 5th helicopter company out of 5, being the bottom he believes they can only go up from there. Not true, they will run themselves out of business soon.Stay away as it is being run by Bell inbreeding. Outsiders that have knowledge are pushed out by leadership who have never worked anywhere but Bell so they don't know any better. They only promote other Bell lifers who suck up, good ol boy system."

"Standard interviews, there are some great managers at Bell. HR seems to have different standards for hiring based on who you might know."

"Wrong people in certain leadership positions that is more focused on popularity than performance. There is now a group of sub-standard employees that are untouchable because of an unethical leader."

"Promote based on qualifications, not who some are drinking buddies with."

"Close to home - also under renovation, creating a better physical environment."

"High stress environment. Scheduled milestones are not allowed to move, which has a great effect on S/W development."
