"Standard interviews, there are some great managers at Bell. HR seems to have different standards for hiring based on who you might know."

What don't you like about working at Bell Helicopter?

"Wrong people in certain leadership positions that is more focused on popularity than performance. There is now a group of sub-standard employees that are untouchable because of an unethical leader."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote based on qualifications, not who some are drinking buddies with."

"The Bell factory is top notch and most of the employees are former military so everyone is really gung-ho."

What don't you like about working at Bell Helicopter?

"Amarillo is a lonely town with little to do except look at tv in your motel room."
