"Great place to work, best supervisor"
"Bell is a big company in US, however, it got some financial difficulty now."
"When coming to the company they were in a transition state using a new database (SAP) which I have prior experience in. But they were in transition with moving assembly to other cities in the U.S. which meant a lot of jobs were at stake so there were a lot of union employees who were afraid of losing their jobs. In my two years there, about 1900 people were being let go unless they wanted to relocate. Bell was also the first company I worked for who was unionized, so that was something new for me. But all in all, my plant had a good moral on an everyday basis, I would ensure they had parts coming in and they would assemble, and I would expedite the parts out, basically working as well put together team."
"Good company with an awesome heritage and mission going through a rough period."
"I worked for Bell Helicopter for 14 years and I believe Bell to be a good company to work for, with outstanding customer commitment and competitive compensation."
"Bell is a good place to work and grow as a professional."
"I worked for Bell for 14 years. They make cool stuff. Typical aerospace company. Lots of good folks. Lots of opportunity for improvement. Benefits are good. Pay is competitive. Transitioning to new business systems. Subject to government budget so job security is variable."
