"My immediate supervisor was very good, not a micro-manager. The area was very new, so there was of policy decisions that were being made."

"Their layoff policy explaination's need more exact definitions. When I was laid off, a junior employee was laid off at the same time, same position. That employee was recalled hours later with no reasonable explaination given to me and I'm still waiting."

"Know the particulars, and give discharged employee's exact reasons for discharge, not lame excuses."

"They don't walk the talk. They say that they seek out and value talent. However, in 20 years, I was rarely considered for upward movement. After being laid off with a notation of eligible for rehire after 20.5 years, I can't even get an interview for positions I've actually held over those 20 years."

"Walk the talk if you wish to stay competitive."
