"Good company with great career advancement opportunities."
"BASF is a good company with great benefits. However, the location I work at is very small and run by the good ole boy club. This prevents new people from advancing or bringing new ideas in. There is no upward mobility unless you are a high school buddy or family."
"I have worked here for 9 years there is no communication, no improvements, and no ethical values and caring for the employees."
"The workplace is excellent. When I started working I was given a proper explanation of what my position and what I needed to do. The crew are all well respected people and friendly."

"Great place to work with outstanding people."
"Great team to work with. Sales are slow."
"The company has a good structure for business in civil construction, the working environment is pleasant and the relationship with my co-workers is excellent. I have been growing as much as possible unfortunately we have average management and I don’t see more change to learn and grown and be recognized for my work."
"The company tries to take a long-term view on markets and carefully positions itself in growing sections."
"Awesome! Good German company."
"Great place to work. Enjoyed my time there."
"I’ve worked at BASF since 2016, I currently report to a manager who is also my mentor and have enjoyed tremendous support and growth at the company."
"Good company to work as full-time employee."
"I appreciate BASF's commitment to grow & bring impact from individual to global level. They provide good benefits to their employees. I am satisfied with my job at BASF."
"BASF is a good company to work for. I wish I could work longer in that company."
"While working at BASF, I can honestly say the company as a whole is a great place to work. The demands of a 24/7 operation in a Leadership role will take it's toll. The safety first mindset is second to none. The turnover rate of hourly staff was extremely challenging to keep experience in the facility which in turn really challenged the training program to sustain success. The turnover within the Sr Leadership Team also was very taxing. With each change, there were new ideas and expectations- most for the betterment of the company- but it also created inconsistency in achieving success."
