"I like assisting members who come in on a day to day basis. Just trying to understand what they need so that I can better serve them beyond their expectations."

"Just to be open about what you want to do within the company."

"The branch where I work at lacks communication, it's a little hard to get some assistance from certain people. Also some employees have their little groups that they communicate with and not with others."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would meet with my employees and get everyone's perspective on the branch itself and with how well they communicate with others. I would put together little group activities with people who don't get along certain people so that they could work together as a team."

What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"I started with them when I first moved to New Jersey from Virginia. My son was four years old and I worked for one year in the intention to go apply full time in their finance department in New York City. But an accountant job was created for me at The Westye Group in New Jersey to speed up their inventory control and I was solicited from Chase bank to The Westye group as an accountant. But my dream work was to seek a professional career in finance and accounting with Chase Bank in NY. I believe Chase is a great bank and company to be in."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"It is a successful bank among the rest. I don't mind rejoining Chase again given the opportunity."

"Individuals who seek employment with Wells Fargo have to be prepared to work in a highly competitive sales environment."

"I observed that it was difficult for employees to get promoted quickly within the company, which can often discourage employees rather than motivate them."

"Sales is important for any company to succeed; however, management needs to change their incentive plan in order to retain their employees."

"Get to work closely with a team to meet our goals, the company shows stability, and truly cares for their employees."

"US Bank takes pride in displaying professionalism, enthusiasm, and great customer service. Employees have a close bond with each other so one must be prepared to be able to work as a team."

"There is no opportunity at the present time for my career goals."

"Management should not always micromanage their employees. They need to teach employees to manage themselves in order for to be successful and independent. There are the right times to micromanage and other times left for macro-management."
