"It's all about sales if you're working within Community/Business or Retail banking. Customer service is a huge plus too. Gotta love the people, even the cranky ones that don't know they're spending their own money."

"The incredibly rude customers. The mundane day to day. No play."

"Make more time to help employees progress, whether within their job title or up within the company."

"Managing about 4-5 tellers, auditing and updating bank policies and procedures, and balancing teller's drawers quarterly."

"There is no opportunity at the present time for my career goals."

"Management should not always micromanage their employees. They need to teach employees to manage themselves in order for to be successful and independent. There are the right times to micromanage and other times left for macro-management."

"I feel we should work as a team, and I didn't feel that with US Bank."
