"Have nothing to complain about, every job has its competitiveness."
"I love my customers, and I get along well with my actual supervisor that I work with every day. I don't feel like I should post the things I hate about it because it doesn't have to do with my customers or the majority of others I work with."
"I enjoy interacting with people and helping them process their transactions while building relationships. I do not like being limited to how much I can do for a customer without having to refer them to upper management."
"I loved dealing with the various transactions required on a daily basis. I hated dealing with rude customers and employees as well as lack of team work."
"The people can be a blessing or a curse. They expect super fast service, but forget about accuracy, which takes a little time. Most people were friendly and understanding. You are responsible for large sums of money, making the job slightly high stress."
"I loved the costumers that I seen every day but I didn't like all the silence and the closed space."
"I love the interaction with people in dealing what they need in their lives. I would like to move up with my degree and have a higher pay since I have a specific background and experience."

What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"I love the customers and being able to take time when possible to review important information and see if my co-workers missed anything that could be found during an audit. What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"I hear stories about other banking centers and how smoothly they operate, this cannot be said for some. I often feel like I'm working at a circus and due to recent changes in the structure of the company I don't see it getting any better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get your act together. I know that you are always busy on your BlackBerrys and answer countless emails daily but I think that you need to look into these dysfunctional centers a little more. At the rate that people leave and go to other companies it says a lot about the branch management. It's starting to be a trend that needs to be looked into and things need to be fixed."
