"It had a small town atmosphere so it was easy to get to know all the customers quickly and personally."

"Always be yourself and be honest."

"There was not much growth potential."

"Cross train all employees, this works very well in a small business. When one person is out all the other employees know how to assist a customer with any and all concerns they have."

"They have improved. You are what you make of your job. So smile and make your money count! :)"

"Managers had favorites and would always give them priority to everything. I was only able to work Monday, Friday, and Saturday (busy days), even if I wanted to work more."

"As part of a management team, be fair regardless. Remember to keep business and personal life seperate."
