"Managers are babysitters. Most have no idea what they are doing and don't listen to employees."

"Tuition reimburstment, some departments offer flex time. Vacation Buy, Home buyers Assistance, location, some departments offer room for growth."

"Choose a department that is growing, and willing to allow you to grow with it."
What don't you like about working at Citizens Bank?
"My deparment has little room for growth. Job duties are not challanging. Some personalities are hard to get along with. Manager can do a better job managing"

"They need to do a better job managing some of the bad apples, that bring the moral of the work place down."

"Definitely room for growth within but it does take some time to get promoted and you must go to school thru their programs."

"This is a fair company. Do your utmost. If you are made of gold or diamonds it will eventually come out in the open. Do not look back."
What don't you like about working at Chevy Chase Bank?
"As peak time telleer the job entails continuous standing. At that time it was incompatible with another job I had selling shoes. Long hours on the feet."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to give opportunity to recent legal immigrant, they will come back to bless you. Many have post graduate degrees, you end up getting superb potential for peanuts."

"The company has changed drastically since I left and the only tip I can offer would be to just be honest about your qualifications and experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I shared a full-time position with another employee who had a small child and this worked well for both of us. This bank understood the needs of young mothers who needed to work. My suggestion would be to try to understand employees situations and work with them. I believe a company can get better work efforts from their staff by showing they care."

"The hours it was really good, I work as a part time because I was college student but they gave me the opportunity to learn and sucess"

"Yes give the best of you and learn everything theirs always opportunity to grow in the bank industry"

"I just want to thanks them all the teaching and the experience that I learn in that branch of Mayaguez Sur amd the opportunity that Nuestra Gente gave to me to represent the corporate at College jobs fair."

"I trained in every aspect of the position, and it was a fast paced environment."

"I thought the time management was great, overtime was rare and all work was completed."

"Working in the telecommunication field expect a very fast paced and pressure filled work day."

"There was nothing to no like at working for Bridgeview Bank. The customers and co-workers were great."

"All the tellers should alternating shifts so each person gets the early and late shifts."
