"The branch where I work at lacks communication, it's a little hard to get some assistance from certain people. Also some employees have their little groups that they communicate with and not with others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would meet with my employees and get everyone's perspective on the branch itself and with how well they communicate with others. I would put together little group activities with people who don't get along certain people so that they could work together as a team."
