"It's fine, not bad, not great. Office environment is chosen by big wigs who are never in the office. Scheduling is not flexible at all and there are few opportunities for advancement. The people here are nice though and there are a decent amount of company sponsored events."

"The WORST level of management focus I have EVER seen and that included the low-grade management at C3. Asurion likes to promote within - but the only thing that you have to do to get there is have 6 months of "green" stats, which means the system can be manipulated in multiple ways to make that happen. Managers are too busy walking around and patting each other on the back to notice the preschool playground behaviors on the floor. Yea - Verizon - this is what you have representing you. So SAD - has potential to be so much more but the only forecast that I can see for this place is FAILURE."

"This company is the worst. They continue to push for more and more and more, but give nothing. They constantly change goals to make them unattainable. They will even change them mid-month with no warning. Their computer systems are pathetic, slow, and constantly shutting down, frequently not working. Help Desk is no help, a monkey can do their job. The coaches, aka supervisors, are so pathetic and have no clue. They have a coaching/meeting with you every week to tell you how bad you do, not one time to mention anything good or right you do, and treat people like dirt. They care nothing about you or the abuse you take daily from their customers (who have been lied to, misled, misinformed, you name it). All they care about is that you produce while they sit back and do nothing. They want you to sell an insurance that is a lie. They care nothing about their customers, just their pocket and how fat it can get. This is the most sorry company to work for. They will act like they care until you're in the door, and let's not forget to mention the supervisor sent some inappropriate message to me through my phone and private message when I turned him in. I was treated like crap from him and the other supervisor, nothing happened to him and I was NOT given another supervisor. Therefor he made my job very hard, nothing I did was right, and wrote up every time I turned around, It became very stressful to clock in each day and every coaching made me sick the whole day, just the thought. I wish I had nice things to say but in truth the best part of this job is the training and the co workers."

"Asurion is a fast paced environment that has an unintentional side effect (good or bad) of developing employees' skillset beyond what they thought they were signing up for. Most people that work for Asurion will tell you that 1 year of Asurion feels like 5 years anywhere else. The greatest benefit of Asurion is that the company gives you the opportunity to explore multiple job areas in a short amount of time but at the same time, that level of experience leads people to leave the company because it can quickly become overwhelming and consume your day."

"I've worked for Asurion since 2005. The work life balance on a work at home program is great. Only negatives were the policies and tools were always in flux and at times slow to respond with business needs."
