"Love to work hard and manage the applications and games."

"I love seeing my employees get promoted. I feel like every one of my employees is, in some way, a reflection of me. I love to see the transformation of confidence and skills that happens from their first day to their first promotion. I struggle with work/life balance. As an assistant manager, I have a first in - last to leave mentality. This means that I see quite a few 12 hour days. It can start to wear on you after a while. Assistant Manager is the hardest position on the ERAC career path."
