"Be prepared for hard physical labor and long hours."

"Extended work hours. No less than 10 hrs a day up to 13 sometimes. Wear and tear on body."

"Distribute routes to reduce hours and maintain customer service. Extend promotions to deserving individuals. Improve safety."

"The large upscale account gave us many avenues for learning experiences."

"My superiors made it very clear that all of your time and energy will be dedicated to the job, you will not have much of a personal life if you work for Aramark."

"Needs to be more supportive of lower management team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company overall needs to be more supportive to the management team. We had an overall feeling between managers that we were not supported by upper management or the company."

"The ARAMARK mission is one I can support. People need food, and in particular for the Schools division, this is a vital need that has to be done correctly. Quite literally, there are children in America who receive exactly two nutritious meals each day: a breakfast served by ARAMARK and a lunch served by ARAMARK."

"This site doesn't permit people to give ratings below 1 star. That's unfortunate because ARAMARK doesn't deserve a full star for most of the categories."

"Everything except the mission."

"Churn and burn might be a profitable and viable strategy, but it's not a respectable one."

"This is a company that will work hard to find ways to not pay you your commissions/bonus."

"The folks running the units are hard working, sharp and focused on success."

"They cannot be trusted to pay you the commissions and bonus you are due."

"A very myopic operations-focused environment from the top down. Little appetite for risk taking and creativity in the sales process."

"Staff was great."

"Upper management was more concerned about personal bonuses, kept rolling out new processes without testing first, they always failed. Aramark was by far, the worst organization I have ever been a part of."

"Better training for upper management, follow Marriott's rule of taking care of the employee who will then take care of the guest."

"This was a good place to work, but not really very good benefits."
