"Great people. Work that matters...we work on some very cool projects for some very cool customers. They are always willing to invest in technology and tools to let us do the job right. Growth! We are adding people like crazy. Money is good. People are being promoted every month."

"There are many very sharp folks at AutoCrib. Bring your A Game or you won't get past the first interview. This is a team of winners."
What don't you like about working at AutoCrib?
"Our customers count on us to meet their tight deadlines and we do. That means some pressure sometimes when you don't feeling like pushing, but the team all pitches in and we get it done. I would love to earn a lot more money but only if I could keep my job here. I have worked elsewhere and wouldn't trade my job here for more money elsewhere. I've got a good thing going in a growing company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It would be great if I could just invent what I want and code video games...but as real jobs go, this is the best place I have ever worked. I plan to retire from here."

"Of course, it goes without saying, you need a good background in computing and a Government Clearance helps"

"There was no advancement path. You did not know what you had to do to get moved up."

"They should let employees what they had to do to advance"

"We were required regularly to research and try new and the experience I was able to gain."

"There really wasn't much growth for me in the company."

"Better layout an employees personal growth plan within the company. Suggest that they have less management positions."

"Just make sure you have a Bachelor's degree or higher. Nothing else matters."

"The owner was never there, left a person in charge who had no professionalism, no leadership skills or no team player skills."

"Management needs to make sure they are there and aware at what goes on at work and be aware at what other skills a worker has other than just a degree."

"It has grown my .net and sql skills. Also the work culture and the location of the company right in the heart of Midtown."

"Just be good at VB.NET, C# and SQL and try to have come up with a solution to each question asked."

"It's more of VB.net and less of C#. Also the building is very old and nasty and the offices are not looking pleasant."

"I like the way the management is currently functioning so no suggestions on top of my head."

"Minimum politics, intellingent and talented people, no egomania, small and highly functional team."

"Be yourself and be honest. I interviewed few people in recent year. I look for people who has the right personality, people who can learn quickly, self direct, and solve problems. No need to memorize all syntext. Software is an art, not mechanics."

"This center is at the end of corporate food chain. Once cancelation of the project will bring down the center."

"More frequent communication to all levels of emloyees. Allow longer vacation time expecially for overseas travel."

"I like the new location in the Fells Point are of Baltimore city. The pay isn't too bad. I also like my boss because he isn't overbearing."

"The Corporate office is relatively small and there isn't a lot of room to grow."

"The IT department is small and there aren't enough resources to meet the business needs. There isn't room to grow as a developer here."

"Hire more staff in the IT department. More focus is needed with long term technology goals."
