"Communication. It would seem that working on multiple projects with multiple directions would be best solved with communicating."

"not much, other than they had their own parking lot"

"ask lots of questions about the position, youll be doing alot of sql and powerbuilder"

"grim outlook for future growth, they are locked into old tech"

"don't advertise a .net position when most of you time is in sql"

"Work culture is the best one. I loved it. Hopefully, it will be there if I join in future."

"Company follows too many processes, which kill the momentum of work."

"Increase salary for those who have good PBC rating. Don't tell lies... just explain the process and context."
