"Apple's primary concern in looking for agents is customer service. They don't really seem to care about technical expertise. So during an interview put on a smile and relax."

"I didn't feel challenged enough. Many of the issues we would resolve were common and it got to the point of being too easy for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have suggested that they should add a level II support technician to each team that could watch for questions via chat. We had a Tier II but you often would have to wait 20+ minutes to reach them for assistance, as they also were taking calls."

"Working with Apple in the 1990s was an exciting opportunity."

"Be sure that you really want to work for the company, since employment can sometimes feel like a meat grinder."

"I don't like the travel requirement to China frequently. I also have difficulty managing other functional groups during projects."

"No suggestions, just that I have a concern in attending with the customers at the times they should have been attended and put in a scheduled time for more one-to-one interviews - more attentive but in all time orderly."

"I don't like retail. I am a global thinker, and challenge. I prefer working with businesses."

"Hard to say, but there is a big difference between how corporate employees are treated, and retail people are treated, which is where most of the revenue stream comes from."
