"Apple's primary concern in looking for agents is customer service. They don't really seem to care about technical expertise. So during an interview put on a smile and relax."

"I didn't feel challenged enough. Many of the issues we would resolve were common and it got to the point of being too easy for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have suggested that they should add a level II support technician to each team that could watch for questions via chat. We had a Tier II but you often would have to wait 20+ minutes to reach them for assistance, as they also were taking calls."
