"I liked the culture, people, and product all around. I really liked working for Apple."

"Be yourself and be able to adapt to continual change."

What don't you like about working at Apple?

"There is not much I didn't like, except for the long distance and small space we had to work in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be fair, firm, and consistent with all employees. Make time for your employees."

What do you like about working at Apple?

"Basically, I feel like there are impossible standards being demanded of employees, where management is not held to the same standards."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't believe a word they say. It is just like every other retail outlet. It's a numbers game, and only the sharks are promoted."

What don't you like about working at Apple?

"The managers micromanage way too much. We are looked down upon and directed at every turn and rarely given positive feedback. The managers are also very bad about taking feedback from underlings. I also don't think they recognize the talent effectively on the floor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Move back to the older model of customer service first. Let the products and the service do the selling, and focus less on numbers and profits."

"I loved my coworkers. Everyone had something to offer in the selling cycle. I love technology."

"You must be loyal to the brand, and not just sell it, but know it, and know your customer."

What don't you like about working at Apple?

"I don't like retail. I am a global thinker, and challenge. I prefer working with businesses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hard to say, but there is a big difference between how corporate employees are treated, and retail people are treated, which is where most of the revenue stream comes from."
