If your team is collaborating with staff in India, you'll be expected to attend odd hour phone meetings. Altogether not very much emphasis is put on work-life balance. "I worked through Integrity Staffing for 3 months to work for Amazon.com, I was supposed to get hired on permanently but that was taken away because I had a disability which I reported but the doctor's note was not acceptable."
