"I've worked for this company for two years. Agusta has a great product line but much is lacking beyond their products. Management, systems, and thinking is antiquated. Very political environment and the good old boy network is alive and well."

The growth possibility is reduced to a minimum, supervisors give super-high level directives without caring for employees problems/ feedback and most importantly they do not give out the tools and resources to do the job, one example for all: no internet connection at all for a software developer."
