"I've been working as an Engineer for AW in Italy for a year, during which I listened to the opinions of many elder colleagues and I received negative feedback about the company by the vast majority. The growth possibility is reduced to a minimum, supervisors give super-high level directives without caring for employees problems/ feedback and most importantly they do not give out the tools and resources to do the job, one example for all: no internet connection at all for a software developer."
