"Too many associates, no control or defined territories. Commission only."

"Get out of the office and see what goes on in the field."

"Please talk to an ex-Aflac agent before joining. They will tell you that Aflac only has 5% penetration into the market. What they don't tell you is that the other 93% have been contacted many, many times. Only 2% of companies out there have not heard or seen an Aflac rep at some point."

"I was treated like dirt by prospects. Most companies are sick and tired of seeing an Aflac rep come by."

"Hire fewer, higher quality reps."

"Not to venture into it if you live paycheck to paycheck. You need another source of income the first 6 months."

"Sales meetings and pressure of sales quotas from managers."

"For managers not to be verbal about their prize if we meet the sales numbers. As an agent we don't get the bonuses, the upper management gets cash pay outs."
