"Outsourcing to India, people like me losing jobs due to lower rates... and I mean real low."

"Better think about wrapping Jave around everything. It may be cheap now... but as soon as they have you in a wrapper... they will up to price!! And then you would want it back to the way it was."

"The job was great. This was a contract opportunity to build out Oracle Enterprise Manager Monitoring System."

"No. Not at this time. I think their contracts should be set longer for contract positions."

"The contract was too short and I would of liked to have stayed longer with the position."

"None. It was a short term contract and I wish the contract would have been longer."

"The fact that the pay structure meant you had to work at least a year before you had an income you could live on."

"Better starting pay structure - not hiding the fact that you won't get anything for a long time."
